Dental insurance
is designed to help you pay a portion of your dental treatment. We
do our best to help you clarify and maximize your benefits;
however, we cannot guarantee any estimates regarding your
coverage. The benefits in your contract depend on what your
employer has negotiated with your carrier, along with the amount you
choose to pay in premiums. Please help by providing us with
complete and updated insurance information.
We will estimate your portion of our fees at each appointment. This amount is due upon completion of treatment. Any other financial arrangements must be made in advance. Please keep in mind that our services are rendered and charged to you and not your insurance company. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
